There's no shortage of "media buyers" who can go through the steps within a platform -- may it be IG, FB, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, YouTube, Bing, etc. -- but few focus on analyzing different marketing channels and coming up with a marketing strategy that considers your budget and product alignment. That's where we can help and this is where a few hundreds dollars for a brief consultation might save you many thousands or tens of thousands down the road if you invest your ad spend in something that doesn't pay off. We can help you craft a marketing strategy, and if you're placing ads on YouTube, we can help you set those up and to manage those periodically. We don't have experience with other platforms so therefore cannot honestly speak to them.

Our marketing strategy consultation costs between $3,000-$5,000 per session. We'd need one session to either listen and/or read about your needs and to do an analysis, and another session to relay our strategy to you through a PDF presentation and a one-hour debrief for you to ask questions. Implementation, however, would reside with your team as true of any consulting engagement. The final amount will be determined once we've been able to scope your requirements and are agreed that those lock down, and once payment is received, we can begin our work.

Each session is a weeklong and you should expect to budget for about two weeks.

This service is intended for those businesses who are just beginning or who are having significant issues and want a different perspective. It is not, however, intended for larger companies with specialized departments who are already well versed in marketing and advertising and have highly specialized external help say from ad agencies.

We are not familiar with how marketing and advertising is done in Japan and South Korea, and there might be cultural differences that are consequential so unless you're looking to apply American methods to your market, this service offering isn't available to Japanese and Korean clients.

We can assist with ad copy/content for display ads as well as other creative materials; however, we do not produce the creative materials ourselves. We'd need those creative materials first with placeholder copy that would be replaced by our content. The final creative asset would be finalized by your graphic designer. We can also produce short articles including press releases of 1-2 pages in length on a one-off or recurring basis. Basically, up to 500-850 words per article or press release. We can produce lengthier works, but these must be pre-approved. And we do not offer product reviews unless you're providing us with a few samples of customer surveys which we'll use AI to summarize as our fees don't include statistical analysis. And by samples, we mean no more than 10 samples including all various points of view.

We need to ensure we have a firm understanding of your requirements, so we'll ask you for an outline of what you're looking for and a sample of articles you have had written for you or company, or that you find satisfactory even if sourced from the internet. We cannot provide full rewrites of the work we submit to you, and edits must be reasonable herein having the meaning of about 20% of the content to ensure it's included within the initial fee otherwise it will incur additional fees that must be paid along with the initial fee before those revisions are made. Again, it's important that we establish a baseline of what's acceptable given the subjective nature of writing assignments before we proceed.

Your copy/content will NOT be created by AI, however, we do use AI for research and then verify this research through traditional methods if your project requires research.

We charge $0.50 per word if no research is required and $0.75 if research is required. By research, we mean light research of one hour or so.

We require payment, paid via ACH (through Square) before we can begin. If we're using a platform, we'll follow their protocol if required otherwise we follow our policy. If you're requesting the work as a business payment must be paid from your commercial bank account as is custom with business-to-business transactions.

We will place you on a waitlist and once you're moved into our "pending" queue, it will take about a week, not including revisions, if you request some reasonable revisions, add 3 days per revision unless those revisions are extensive and require additional fees.

If you want a quality written copy/content in English, you should opt for a company with writers who presently reside in an English-speaking nation, and who write and speak the language fluently as their work is going to represent your company and image. You also want writers with experience, preferably in business or advertising, not someone who is simply just a writer. Lastly, by resorting to typical countries known as top outsourcing hubs, you run the risk of paying for something that is then reused elsewhere without your permission or worse...you pay them, and they disappear into the ether. We know, we've been there and experienced consistent issues with talent from major outsourcing hubs whereas our company was formed in New Mexico and is owned and operated by an American who resides, born and raised, in New England. These details might seem trivial, but they're not. And as a bonus, you're supporting your fellow Americans :)
